I followed the install directions, and noted that the login form showed the captcha feature, however the comment form does not.
Could not find any documentation on whether there needs to be any lines of code added to a post or page file.

I have the same problem. It appears everywhere, except on the comments page. I suspect it has something to do with custom themes, but I don't know what to change in order to make it appear. Any help ?
