It will update the votes but the next legitimate vote will wreck the ratings and you’ll have to adjust manually after ever vote or each post will have a rating of less than one star.

Great idea. Poor execution. If it ever gets fixed, I’ll come back and update my review, but doesn’t look good for that happening.
