   It does not let my subscriber log into the contest and upload pictures.
   I can as the administrator, but no one else can

   What is your ROLE_UPLOAD setting?
   What is the message that the subscribers get when trying to upload?

   Resolved the problem - I think loaded and reloaded again.
   Page is funky, lines are out of whack, but clients are able to upload pics.
