    Is there a simple way to make it work for WPMU?

    Thanks.

    @jim,

    Do you mean that all members can create their own NextGen gallery?
    I am building a site with WPMU+Buddypress+BBpress and hope this works for my site.

    Thanks.

    Just a side note : The first time I work for a WPMU integration is for a version called 1.3.X (three years ago) …after that a lot of things under WPMU changed and so it need at various points a complete rework

    Hi there,

    I am testing NGG with WPMU and the problem is that the options of NGG in the child blogs don’t allow for an upload directory within the blog’s directory, e.g.

    /httpdocs/wp-content/blogs.dir/46/gallery

    Gallery path is “/” and you can’t change it when in the dashboard of the child blog…

    The lack of this feature is rendering NGG pretty useless for WPMU (tested with 2.9.1.1.

    Is there any quick hack you could come up with so that all galleries of the child blogs will create a default folder, e.g..

    /httpdocs/wp-content/blogs.dir/46/gallery
    /httpdocs/wp-content/blogs.dir/47/gallery
    and so on...?

    Thanks for your usual great support!!!

    Forgot to mention: I use NGG Version 1.5.2

    In the table “options” of the child blogs you get the below entry:

    a:67:{s:11:”gallerypath”;s:1:”/”;s:9:”deleteImg”;s:1:”1″;s:9:”swfUpload”;b:0;s:13:”usePermalinks”;b:0;s:14:”graphicLibrary”;s:2:”gd”;s:14:”imageMagickDir”;s:15:”/usr/local/bin/”;

    Note the “/” after s:1
    This results in all images being uploaded to the root folder of the domain… If there was a way one could code this differently it would be great…

    and here is the link to the feature request on google code:
