   when im login to domainname.com/wp-admin
   i get error message "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page."

   and when im access my domainname.com all my post were gone away...

   what is the problem of my wordpress ?

   how can i solve this

   "all my post were gone away" - do you mean you see a blank page or do you mean there's the theme layout without any posts?
   Did you just activate a new plugin? Deactivate the plugin via FTP or cpanel by renaming the specific plugin folder.
   As for not having sufficient permissions, if you have access to your database via phpMyAdmin and try resetting your password.
