Does it exist? 'Follow' author(s) in separate "stream" (1 post)

    Does this plugin exist?

    I want authors to be able to "Follow" other authors. The Followed author(s) would appear on the author's home page or on a separate "subscriptions" page.

    If you don't know of this plugin, are you able to describe the required functionality more succinctly than me?
