Does everyone need to download WP? | WordPress.org

Brand new to WP, actually I have not made up my mind….but if I decided to use WP, we are 4 people who is going to maintain our website….does everyone need to download it and install it etc? or one would download it and the rest would log in and make updates? or how does it work?

WordPress runs as a web application on a server.

You’ll be able to manage the site using any modern web browser. See Browse Happy: http://browsehappy.com

Nope, just one installation would be enough. Follow the installation guide and install WordPress first. Once you’ve installed it, you can create new user accounts with the required privileges and supply it to your team members.

That way, they’ll be able to access the WordPress dashboard and make changes to your site.
