Very new to WP so I feel I can ask a basic Q.
I want to use Dreamweaver to install WP on my server. My Q. is do I need to install WP completely for each new site I create in the future?
If so, can I simply download the latest WP version and upload the new WP files to my server for each new website url?
Do the WP installation files sit inside the url?
These are various ways of asking a similar question.
Hope they make sense.

Hosting mutliple domains and sites depends on your host. Some allow it, some don't. Check with your host. If they do, you will need a seperate install of WP for each. Unless you want to go multisite Create A Network « WordPress Codex, and for that you need a better than average host for the requirements.
