• Hello

Great plugin, been using it loads recently came in very handy, I am just editing a site on my server, but I will be pushing it back to another server for final changes. The old site is running on an old version of wordpress and updating it will break it, so I was wondering, if I clone the development site and then change the old one, will it update the old ones version of wordpress?

    Thanks for the great plugin,

    All the best

    Harry

  • Hi there Harry,

Well looking inside the zip file there don’t seem to be any of the folders that contain wordpress itself, so i presume whatever wordpress version the site you are restoring to has that’s what will stay.

If you are looking for a plugin to copy absolutely everything try Duplicator.

    Hope this helps,
    Cheers.
