   I've got a multisite config with several WP sites hosted from the same server. How will this plugin handle such a configuration? Any known issues?

   Activate the plugin just on the main site, it will backup all files and database tables from all MS sites.

   As a follow-up to this question, when you say "just on the main site", do you mean network activate or activate just for the primary site?
