mmfuentesI have a client that has a password protected page with some documents that can be downloaded. What he wants is to be notified every time a document is downloaded, and how many times that specific file has been downloaded. The (customized) alert/email should read something short like: The file file_name.pdf has been downloaded. This file has been downloaded xx times.
Right now I'm using the WordPress Download Monitor plugin, but my client doesn't want the user to see this numbers.
My question is: Are there any plugins out there that can accomplish this type of email alert? If so, what is the name or where I could find it? if not, what would be another alternative to this??
I'd appreciate any information to help me with this.
