Though the plugin has many features, has a huge download volume, and overall high ranking, if I consider the amount of time spent trying to find answers to questions online, purchasing the pro version borders on being a not-so-good investment.
As an example, if you go to any of the support pages for designing pages (subscription, un-subscribe, creating themes, etc.) I'm sure the instructions make sense if you are one of the developers reading them. But if you are an outside (literate) user trying to determine whether to purchase or not, they fall far short.
Anything beyond a barebones install and implementation is beyond confusing, and I've been doing WP for over 5 years.
My experience with their support has been abizmal.

Thank you for the critical feedback. We value it highly.

It's important for us to know why we don't always work out, especially for non developers. Ultimately, your persona matches our ideal user.

Hopefully, in time, we can improve enough that you can come back to us, and eventually say the opposite.

Can you let us know your first or last name is? We'd like to review the support exchange to learn from our experience with you.

    Thanks!
