Document Management – looking for the right plugin

    Hi All,

    In the last few days I have been searching for a plugin that would allow functionality briefly described below. I am not able to find a solution yet…please help!

    the process: Users of my website securely providing information on their qualifications (essentially answering questions in a form) via online form and submit short research proposals. My small team (e.g., wordpress admins) reviews proposals and provides a file report that a user can download through his/her worpress admin panel
    The proposals and user qualification are confidential & so no two users of the website should see information/proposals or reports of each other. A document exchange occurs through the password protected admin area (not the front end of the website).

    The following functionality should be supported:

    • A user logins to his/her account in the wordpress. Through a user’s admin page, a user should be able to submit an online form with responses to several questions and together with this form attaches a file (in either MS Word or PDF)
    • The wordpress admin should be able to receive the user’s form and attached file through the wordpress admin file
    • The WordPress admin should be able to submit a file report so that a user can then download this report through his/her admin interface

    Would much appreciate any advice for the right plugin? I don’t mind paying for a pro-version of the right plugin if there is no such functionality in plugins which are freely available
