   Hi, i'm new here and i really appreciate the work of all
   the developer of wordpress.

   I also would like to thank them for their hard work and effort.

   But i noticed that the documentation contents are often repeated. why is this?

   I hope they will revise the documentation because i think
   it's not arrange properly.

   Two reasons (probably):

   1. The codex is user-added content.

   2. People dont pay attention until they have it repeated to them. again. and again. and again.
