I've been getting quite a few requests lately for a page that doesn't exist on my site, nor in the WordPress package as far as I can tell: /docs/CHANGELOG.html. I'm guessing it's a clumsy hacking exploit, just wondering if anyone else is seeing it in their traffic logs and if any sort of security patch is necessary for WP. I can't find much on the Web about this; near as I can tell, it might be a breach for ExpressionEngine sites.
