   Hi,

   I'm currently building a private site restricted to certain IP addresses.

   Which is why I imagine I'm having errors displaying the docs in the viewer.

   However, when I click the "You can also try to download the original document by clicking here" link. The document displays correctly in the viewer?

   You can have a private site but the documents themselves have to be on a public site (even if the URL isn't published anywhere, Google has to be able to reach it).

   As for the particulars of your problem I'd need some kind of URL or example, otherwise I can only make a wild guess. :)
