do_shortcode doesn't w ork

I want to be able to display my Etsy store on my homepage in a custom theme that I’m developing. The do_shortcode doesn’t work for this plugin, all I get outputted is something like this when I try do_shortcode:

[etsy-include=MyEtsyStore;144455533]

I tested it on a post and a page, and it works fine. But I need it to work on a template file. Aside from do_shortcode is there a way for me to display this widget in a theme’s template file? Thx.
