• Does WordPress meet these guidlines?

I wont be back. If you would like me to be a user and supporter, you will email me the answer [starwulf@gmail.com]. If I do not get a response, you wont have me supporting you and there’s a world of people out there with disabilities who will know.

This may sound harsh, what else do you expect being ignored by developers for so long.

  • Hello Richard (your email addy is googlable)

WordPress is an application, sites meet those guidelines, not applications.

For what its worth, I use WordPress and MY site meets both.

PS: Im sure youll be back, you just wont have the nuts to respond.

The honus for those guidelines is on the Theme designers. And… anyone can design a theme. See Theme_Development for some starting information.

So, to rephrase your question: Can a WordPress site meet the guidelines? Certainly.
If the site doesn’t meet the guidelines, is it due to WP? Probably not — look to the theme and get it modified.

And no, I won’t be emailing this to you. That’d be silly. Forums are used to share information, not carry on a one-way conversation.
