So far no such errors reported by any other users and we have tested it well upto 3.5.1. . Even our test proved there are no errors on line 152. Here is the testing report
    “devserver:2.5.0 smackcoder$ php -l forms.php No syntax errors detected in forms.php”

Which version of wordpress you have? Kindly add details if you really face this issue.

    Thanks

Yes I really have this issue, why be so rude when your code does not work.

    I am running WordPress 3.5.2

Here is a link to the screenshot of the error.

And is two weeks the normal support paying customers get?

I’m not rude, I just explained what is with code and how to check the parse errors.

But I’m not happy with your “one star” review, without knowing where is the issue.

    I verified wp-tiger 2.5 + WP 3.5.3 in linux, windows and mac.

Before installing any free plugin always read the README file. Here is the information in the WP-Tiger Readme about immediate support.

For quick response and reply please create issues in our [support](http://forge.smackcoders.com/projects/wptiger/issues) instead of WordPress support forum. Support at WordPress is not possible for now.

You can also contribute to the community, rather than complaining all the time. I can see your complains on the recent reviews.

If you made software that worked and supported it, I would not complain. If it were my company and I got a One Star rating, I would not be rude to the customer, I would fix it and change it to a 5 star.

I do support companies that support their products by purchasing the professional versions.

It took you two weeks to respond, that is a fact. And that shows a lack of support.

Your software does not work the attached image above proves that. And all you do is say it works.

If this is how you handle people interested in purchasing your products, i can only imagine the support you give once you get someones money.

Are you going to fix it and change the One Star rating, or just rant about it and keep the poor rating?

I’m dealing with development, products and services. I have more than 300 customers in my store alone.

The reason for the delay in response is, we are not getting proper notification from WP Developer Portal. Other than this, we are providing support through forge, email, Skype and Phone. We do respond within 24hrs for free and 12 hrs for paid customers.

I know you are running a Marketing System, does your customers demand support like this(By threatening with the rating)?

Thing is we were not able to reproduce the issue

Can you provide the phpinfo() detail from your server or message me your server credential to fix.

    Thank you for your help.

We are not able to identify the issues based on the phpinfo.

We were not able to reproduce the parse issues in PHP Version 5.3.10, Ubuntu and Apache 2.2 + WP-Tiger 2.5.0
