   I've recently updated to 2.5 and everything is working lovely. However I also recently moved from WP-Cache to WP-Super-Cache, and I'm wondering if having that running alongside WP-Stats will cause any problems? Will users still get picked up by WP-Stats properly?

   If WP-Stats doesn't use Javascript to count visitors then yes, it won't work because PHP doesn't run.
