Thank you for your post.
Is there maybe a conflict with another plugin like another plugin taking the [slideshow]
shortcode?
We released version 1.4 which will still work with the [slideshow]
shortcode but you can use the shortcode [tribulant_slideshow]
to prevent any conflicts.
Please try it out.
thank you for your response,
as I know I have no other plug in using the [slideshow]
I updated to the 1.4,
I used the [tribulant_slideshow gallery_id=”1″] short code,
but seems to be nothing changed,
as I remember the problem shown up when I made/edited my 2nd gallery,
that is why I needed to use the gallery_id parameter,
is it possible any conflict with multi-gallery mode?
it seems to be I have a problem with my multi site install,
due to the different directory for galleries
does it support multi site?
should I use network enabled mode or should I enable it for different sites?
the imnages tester shows this error:
A TimThumb error has occured
The following error(s) occured: Could not find the internal image you specified.
Query String : src=http://spectrafold.com/quadrus/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/slideshow-gallery/14050+-50KHz-20140315-142257-0798.jpg&w=100&h=100&q=100&a=c
TimThumb version : 2.8.10
however in the image itself is in good position and can be opened
as I understand so far the root of the problem is the directory and
multi site installation
it is not exactly clear for me how the plug in uses the image directory in multi site mode and how it should be installed on multi site
do we have a way to remove all the things, not only the plug in sw but the directories and database records etc. and start brand new multi site install?
I just checked and it seems the slideshow works well now? http://spectrafold.com/quadrus/
Is this resolved?
I am sorry for my late response…,
yes it was solved with some data base variable setting hack,
not for beginners… the discussion thread:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/upload-and-media-library-directorypath-problem?replies=2#post-5523414
may I suggest to look around your multisite support and confirm
when it is compatible
Excellent, glad to hear it is resolved.
