Do I risk conflicts when change from Twenty Eleven to Twenty Twelve?

Hi.
I am considering to change from Twenty Eleven to Twenty Twelve. I have made only one post on my blog and a contact form made via Jetpack, and I have these plugins:

Jetpack
Akismet
All in One SEO Pack (deactivated)
Conditional CAPTCHA for WordPress
Google Analytics Dashboard for WP
Insert Headers and Footers
LionScripts: IP Blocker Lite
Statpress Visitors
WordPress SEO by Yoast

Do I risk conflicts with any of these plugins or other problems when switching from Twenty Eleven to Twenty Twelve? Or can I switch back and forth between both Twenty Ten, Twenty Eleven and Twenty Twelve without any risk? I have not changed themes before.
