   Do I need to install the WP-Cache before I install WP-Super-Cache?

   Or to say, that do I have to run WP-Super-Cache with WP-Cache?

   Can I just run WP-Super-Cache itself without WP-Cache ?

   Wp-super-cache is built from wp-cache. All you need to do is install super-cache. It includes everything you need.
