Do I have to add anything to my theme

    Hi everyone. Could someone please enlighten me if I have to add / change anything on my theme in order to use SEO by yoast.

    The reason I ask on my home page the only title and description is coming straight from WP general settings. I have this in the home tab of titles and meta %%sitename%% %%page%% %%sep%% %%sitedesc%%

    Any help would be great… Thanks
