   Do Links ("Blogroll") Category "Slugs" Create Automatic Pages?

   Post categories create automatic pages, which list all the posts in that category. This does not require that the developer create an actual page, manually. It's just there.

   Do Link categories also have automatic pages, containing all the links in the link category, without having to manually create the page?

   No. You'd need to create custom page templates and add wp_list_bookmarks with the appropriate parameters.
