Hi there,
I have activated Network plugin under Tools and quite wasted my time in resolving a issue. This issue is that if DNS is local.cms, it works fine. But when i changed it to localcms (without .), it does not allow me to login (even i changed my password many times).
Though i didn't stuck due to this as i am currently doing this in my local dev, but still i want to know why this is happening?

Long and well known issue. :)
While during the merge, the devs did make it able to use "localhost", anything other than that (without a dot) will not work.
Easy enough to set up if you know about it, yes. ;)

Thanks Andrea for prompt response. I have set up following hierarchy:
local.cms
- site1.local.cms
- site1.local.cms
Now, as a next step i want to map these(all 3 DNS) into domain name. Please advice how this can be possible.
