Hello tobi, i found this tablepress very useful,

i'm not good at PHP, so i want to make insert-read-update to database simpler. then i got attached tablepress on my engine.

    but then, i am wondering,

is that possible to make user profile form *which contains facebook and twitter textbox* to be INSERTED-UPDATED-READ into or from tablepress ?

there's a pages in my website to show their bio include twitter and facebook, and i have to show the "twitter" and "facebook" value from the database to page.

can tablepress do what i need ?

    thanks a lot !

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

First, I need to say that TablePress is not a database management plugin or replacement, so accessing a database table is not possible.

Now, from what I understand, you have a form somewhere on the site where a user can enter his Twitter and Facebook account name, right? And now you want to display that in a TablePress table?
TablePress itself does not have means to retrieve that data from wherever it is stored, but if this data can be retrieved e.g. by a Shortcode, you can use that in tables.

    Regards,
    Tobias
