Distorted Thumbnail Images

Greetings,

I’ve been using this plugin and recently changed the default thumbnail images from 56px to 150px via CSS. I’ve tried regenerating thumbnails and changing thumbnail sizes but they still appear distorted. What can I do to fix this issue?
