Disqus comment count problem

Disqus has been working fine, but recently (there has been no update so it must have been a problem on my end) it doesn’t display the amount of comments in an article, when viewing the archive. For instance, in the below link, the comment count shows (it always does if you access that specific article):

http://insidesiralexfergusonstand.com/chelsea-1-0-manchester-united-analysing-the-problems/

But when you view the article(s) from an archive perspective, the comment count disappears (for my recent posts), like this:

http://insidesiralexfergusonstand.com/category/tactical-analysis/

Any help is fully appreciated.
