Displying Categories

Hello

I Want to display categories Dynamically in the page with image and description

when we click on the category

=> if it have sub category then it should display subcategories

=> if it don’t have sub category then it should display post directoly

like shown here “Link”

in link under brand category three sub categories available

after clicking on category post getting display
