Displaying Row Data as a Column on a page

I have just started using Contact Form 7 and Contact form DB and it is just what I have been looking for.

I am pretty new to all this but what I would like to do is display informtion from a row in a table as a ‘Column’ of data on a web page.

I have tried doing it using Shortcodes but I end up with quite a large space between Entries and I was hoping for it to be more Tabular…

Is there a decent way of doing this?

I am pretty new at all this so please excuse me if this has a simple answer….
