   Hey
   I want to display certain posts on a subpage and not on my home page
   EXAMPlE: I have a page called "Categories and sub page called "computers" i want to publish specific posts about computers to the "computers" sub page and nowhere else, how can i acheive this?

   help is very much appreciated, thanks.

   (I have never tried it) or
   http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags/wp_list_categories#Include_or_Exclude_Categories
