    Hi.

So I have created a multisite using subdirectories. But i want some of the sub-blogs' latest post to appear on the front page. BUT, not from all the users.
I have created a new user role, wich I'm calling "vip" and it's only the post from these users i want to show on the front side.

I've searched for plugins to handle this, but I can't seem to find any :/ ..

    Some one got some ideas?

    Thanks
    Phillip

Well if you used a user role plugin to do this... likely it did not create that user role network-wide.

    Thanks, however..

That's not quite what I'm looking for. This plugin makes the post appear in the sidebar area, and i wich them to be displayed in the area where the admins blog usually appears. And similar to how they look when they do.

I don't know if it created the user role network wide, since this is the first time I've worked with mu-sites :) .

But i used a plugin called "User Role Editor" to create the VIP role.
When i promote users to vip, i do it in the Super Admin -> Users, then click on the user to enter his/her user configuration and then choose the role VIP.

But isn't there a way to get all the ID's from the VIP users and use that to display the posts on the front page?

And that plugin works on a site by site basis as far as I know. Nothing in the plugin's description or instructions say anything about network-wide roles.

You don't get posts by user. You get the post by the blog they are on... THEN by the user.

What you're looking for, in the way you want to do it, does not exist.
