Displaying Images in RSS Feed Widget

I’m using the stock WordPress “RSS” widget to display an RSS feed.

There should be an image that appears as part of the feed, but it isn’t showing up.

Is there a way to code around this or get it to work? Tried the various check boxes in the widget, but to no avail…
