Displaying Custom Taxonomies in Individual Posts

Hi, I was kindly pointed in the direction of custom taxonomies by somebody on this forum and they have been very useful in achieving what I want. However, I am having some difficulty displaying them.

I understand that they can be inserted into the loop, but I am having some trouble doing this, and I think it may be because I am running a tab post plugin, which may be conflicting. (When I insert the code into the loop, my post pages fail to load.) Is there any way to insert an instruction to display taxonomy data into each post individually, thus placing it exactly where it is wanted?
