    Hello,

    This can occur for two reasons:

    1) The document link is not correct (such as 404 Not Found) – as in your case, based on your support email.

    2) The document is in an Office XML (2007+) format that Google Viewer can’t render correctly, in which case you should convert it to the older Office 2003 format (.doc instead of .docx, etc.). This isn’t your issue, but I’ll answer the question thoroughly here in case anyone runs into it in the future. 🙂
