   I'm sorry as though my English isn't perfect! I'd like to on my first page was displayed only actual articles but first article wasn't displayed. Thank you behind answer.

   You will have to give more details.
   Give a link to your blog.
   Explain which article you do not want displayed. (Why)

   WordPress displays the newest post at the top of the blog home page, and older posts below it or on a next page. You can change your dashboard Reading Settings to show more posts on blog pages:

   If you can't see a link to the next page, you can add one using

   <?php posts_nav_link(); ?>

   http://codex.wordpress.org/Next_and_Previous_Links

   When add some article, so me will displayed on start page ( in frame ) and to the left below him would have had figure older articles. Now it functions so, that I have up-to-date article(in frame) and to the left below up-to-date article is same article. ( my test side http://www.ekucharka.net/data2 )
