Display "User Defined Fields" on Users admin pages

    I have been using the Pie Register plugin for awhile, and it does a great job providing the extra data fields that we need at registration. These fields show up in the user registration, in the verification email, and in the user profiles. However, I cannot find a way to show these fields on the “All Users” page or the “Unverified Users” page. How can this be done?
