Display Site Title after SEO/Page Title

Hi,

my website’s page/site titles look like this: “Website Name | Some SEO Title”
But I would like them to look like this: “Some SEO Title | Website Name”

I think this could also be a wordpress default setting that I have no idea where or how to change, but if it because of Yoast’s SEO plugin, then please give me some advice on how to change this.

The site title only appears when viewing an actual page, but not in the plugin (settings) itself, which makes me even more believe that this is because of wordpress settings.
