Display sign-up form without shordcode?

    Well, my concern would be you have something fundamentally wrong with your WordPress installation. I would solve that problem, because that could be causing other problems with your site. I would suggest you try switching themes temporarily and seeing if shortcodes work then. If they do, you know the problem in in your theme and it shouldn’t be too hard to solve it. My guess is the theme is for some reason not using the standard method for getting page content…or it might even be overriding the content action. Is the site multilingual?

    If you really do want to use a workaround, you can place <?php echo do_shortcode('[pdb_signup]') ?> in your template to generate the signup form.
