    Hi There,

I'm using version 3.03 of wordpress (multisite enabled) with buddypress and I'm trying to get the most recent posts made by users (each user has their own blog) displayed on the home page, in full. I've tried the "Widgets on Pages" and "amr shortcode any widget" plugins but adding the code they give to the index.php page doesn't work. Is there any way of achieving this?
I'd like this to appear beneath the main blog on the home page (The main blog is going to be left as one post as an intro to the site).
I've spent hours trying to get this to work to no avail, so any help is most appreciated.

    Right, I'm off to bed.

    Thanks,
    Dan

    - The "Recent Sitewide Posts" widget can be added to a widgetized area in your home page.
    - Another way, have you checked out http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-mu-sitewide-tags/

I've spent hours trying to get this to work to no avail, so any help is most appreciated.

What exactly have you tried so far?

    Hey Dan,

The Widgets On Pages should do just fine.
How are you including this? Do you have a link?

    Hi guys,

Thanks a lot for the help. Widgetizing the main content area has done the job nicely! I originally tried the two plugins I mentioned above, with no luck.

    Thanks again,
    Dan
