   I want to display the recent posts on a website I am working on but on a separate page. Right now I have the main page redirecting to a homepage for the person so they can easily edit it. So when visitors go to http://website.com/ it takes them to http://website.com/home to display their welcome message. I now want their blog main page to show up on http://website.com/blog and show the most recent posts and older posts to show up on http://website.com/blog/2 and so on. There is no concern for individual pages.

   How would I best go about doing this?

   I am afraid it will not work. WP needs its index named... index.php.

   Where is the blog installation? In which folder?
   Why is the main page redirecting? All this is a bit confusing :(

   The blog installation is in the root directory. The main page is redirecting because in the template folder, for index.php, I have "<?php header("Location: http://website.com/home"); ?>".
