Display Random Version conflicts with plugin compatibility check

    I discovered the following issue with (m)Qtranslate plugin.

    It uses $GLOBALS[‘wp_version’] to check the plugin compatibility with the current WP Version. If the user logged as administrator in, then no problem. But the editor gets random value in $GLOBALS[‘wp_version’] und the compatibility check gets wrong, but it is not.

    I do not know whether mQtranslate plugin author makes it wrong or IThemes, but please consider it.
