Display problem with Internet Explorer

    Hello I’m building a community website which looks fine in Chrome and Firefox. However when I open it using I.E. the layout goes out of sync and the easyrotator plugin does not work.

    Website address is http://mossbankcommunity.com/

    I think it’s something to do with my Header page because when I remove this the easy-rotator works and everything is lined up properly. I’ve attached the code for my Header in the paste bin

    On the easy-rotator it says ‘this page does not have a valid DocType definition

    Any help would be much appreciated
