I post daily news 7 days a week monday - sunday
what I want to do is display only news for that week on the main page. If I have 50 articles for week 1 all the posts for that week stays on the main page.
When I create new articles for week 2, the previous week (week 1) leaves the main page competly and only news for the 2nd week is only displayed and so on.
How can I achive this?

does anybody know? or can point me to the right direction where to begin?
I have tried searching and nothing has come up.
Can it be done? Well sure, anything can be done if you throw enough code at it and master The_Loop and all of its intracacies! :-)
But I'll confess, I've never seen it done... I mean, I understand what you're after, but it's definitely going to take some custom coding to pull it off.
