Display Post Title and Page Title in Tab

I think the current theme I am using is blocking this as other themes permit me to use the post title in the tab. Basically I would like this to be what is displayed in the tab of a user’s browser: [Post Title] > [Blog Title] (or the other way around). Is there a plugin or quick fix for this?
