I recently moved my WP blogs from WordPress server to my own custom domain. I noticed that on my own custom domain, there are no page links at the top of the page (below the header). However earlier, on my blog at WP server, it use to show the pages at the top of the page (just below the header) also.

How can I display the Page Link at the top of the page?

    Thanks.

That is part of your theme's code (you're currently using the default theme). You can add the pages in there if you'd like. Take a look at the following docs
