Display latest registered users & display the login of the user (sidebar)

How can I display a list of users (e.g limit to 10) that just signed up in my blog ? I searched the codex and found the_author but looks like I need to run a loop to get the latest 10 users ? 🙁

My site’s URL is (url) and a user’s post’s URL would be (url). When a user is logged in, I would like to place a link on the side that states “View your Blog” – which would take them to the user’s post’s URL. How can I achieve this ?

Help please 😀 I cannot sleep (I wish I had more php knowledge)
