Display issue

This is a great idea. I have two problems:

First, when I click on an item, I get sent to a 404 page. I’m not sure why this is happening. If I go, say, to http://lettersblogatory.com/court/california-state-courts/ directly, I see the proper output, but if I click on the California state courts item in the widget, I get sent to http://lettersblogatory.com/?court=http%3A%2F%2Flettersblogatory.com%2Fcourt%2Fcalifornia-state-courts%2F. Is this just an issue about how I created my taxonomy in the first place?

Second, when I use the drop-down option, the formatting of the widget is off: the white bar in which the items are displayed extends beyond the width of the widget. I’m probably not explaining this well, but take a look at the widget on my blog homepage .

I think this should be fixed in a later version, but in any case, can you suggest a quick fix that I can make to the .php file myself?
