Display GD Star Ratings next to post title on single?

Unfortunately I cannot post a link to my site at this time, which sucks for me cause it limits the help I can receive 🙂 boooo!

Im trying to simply display GD Star Ratings, next to my post title, on the individual post pages, not under it, not on the bottom of the post, but right next to the post title, to the right of it.

any pointers?
